This large apartment is immaculate and stylishly furnished. It's a chance to live the Valencian life with a lovely bakery below the apartment, a square and fountain around the corner and public transport in the form of a tram and bus a few steps away. The apartment is close to restuarants, cafe's the beautiful beach and promenade. The bus and tram take you into central Valencia in minutes.

Duane and Nikki were extremely helpful, collecting us from the airport and giving us information about Valencia. We highly recommend this apartment for it's location in beautiful Valencia and it's friendly owners.

We visited Valencia for five nights over the UK's August bank holiday weekend and had an amazing stay. Duane and Nicki were extremely helpful, they picked us up and took us back to the airport and offered to do some shopping in advance of our stay. The apartment itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained and decorated. It had EVERYTHING we could possibly have wanted during our stay, from hairdryer to beach towels.

We felt a little daunted initially as we arrived in the evening and struggled to get out bearings but by lunchtime the following day we had found the beach, the supermarket and registered to use the VALENBISI bicycles that are so accessible all around the city. We absolutely loved using and them and would thoroughly recommend, it cost us 13 euros each for a week although we were only there for 5 nights. We think it is possible to book the Valenbisi bicycles from the UK before you travel and we would advise this as it is difficult to register to use them at the cycle stations and we had to find the main office in order to register.
One of the highlights for us was being able to cycle into the city along the disused river bed through the huge park. We also used the cycles to go to and from the beach.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the marina is close by. The beach is immaculate and we enjoyed a few relaxing afternoons there. The marina is also good for an evening stroll. There are plenty of restaurants by the beach.

Duane and Nicki are fabulous hosts and we are hoping to visit again. They were available if we needed to contact them, although we didn't need to.

Absolutely loved our time in Valencia and would highly recommend the apartment.

What a wonderful location for a weekend break! The apartment was absolutely fantastic and was more than well equipped with everything you could possibly need and all finished to a very high standard. Valencia offers something for everyone, with this apartment perfectly placed to enjoy it all. Only a short walk and you will find yourself on the beach where you can enjoy the Marina Beach Club for the day/evening, or simply relax on the beautiful sand. Transport networks are very easy to access from the apartment and the metro can take you swiftly to the old town and the many beautiful views it has to offer. The aquarium (Oceanographic) and the science museum are also a definite must see!.

Our break was made even more enjoyable by Duane and Nicki who were so helpful and welcoming and who are genuinely lovely people.

We will definitely be returning again to this beautiful place and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Our late honeymoon here was absolutely stunning. This is a welcoming apartment with a fantastic location. Situated close to the beach and just a short walk to the marina, both offer excellent restaurants and bars.

The apartment is only 6 Metro stops to the beautiful city centre. We enjoyed superb evening meals at the Il Rosso restaurant close by and La Pappardella at the foot of the Cathedral and many more. During our stay we rented bikes and cycled along the beautiful riverbed to the City of Arts and Science. We visited the IVAM (Institute Valencia d’Art Modern) in the city centre and also enjoyed relaxing walks on the beach close by.

This comfortable apartment is finished to a very high standard, with large and well-furnished rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. We fully intend on returning to this Valencian gem and would highly recommend a stay here.

A wonderful mix of a beach holiday(walking distance of 5-10 mins) and a city break where you experience the culture and history.
The apartment is within a few minutes of various transport options, but walking means you get to view the fascinating district it's set in, and the more modern city.
Shops, bars, restaurants are all so close.....and the freshly baked croissants from the bakery underneath the apartment really add to the holiday 'treat time'!
Apartment itself has everything you need with all the comforts/convenience of home. It's spacious and relaxing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We visited in October where it was pleasantly warm enough to be out in the evening with bare arms, but not too hot and sticky.

A hidden gem is the perfect description! You walk through the small solid wood door to the apartment and there is a real "Wow" moment!

A lot of time, thought, effort and love has been invested in this little sacruary, so when you stay here, it should be treated with respect!!

The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need, and everything you could want is very close by, shops, bars, restaurants, beach, and a chemist.

The Metro is a very short walk away, and from there you can easily get just about anywhere, it gives direct access to the rail network. Both the train and Metro are absurdly cheap and very reliable. We used the Metro to the airport and had no problem at all.

We cannot say enough good things about the apartment and the area. We are already booked to go back next year!

And to top it off, Nicki and Duane are a genuinely lovely couple.

You will not regret a stay here.

Thank you Nicki and Duane for sharing your beautiful homely apartment with us. It was perfectly situated in the historical buildings of Cabanyal District, walking distance to the Marina and the beach. We soon felt right at home, especially popping downstairs for a fresh bread from the bakery! We enjoyed exploring the new Arts and Science Centre, walking along the old river bed park into the city Centre. We hopped on the tour bus which gave us a great sense of orientation and it's just a short walk from Stop 7 and 8 to the apartment. A week went by so quickly. We had a fantastic holiday. 5 stars ***** — Karen Wilson, 13 Dec 2015
